START DATES: Weekly bookings start on a Saturday except for * Holly * and * Sweetbriar * which have a Friday start date. (We can be flexible.)

SHORT BREAKS: Self catering short breaks (2 nights minimum) are available throughout the year.

SPECIAL OFFER: Jan/Feb/Mar, Oct/Nov/Dec (excluding holidays) 3 nights for 2, 4 nights for 3.

BED & BREAKFAST: £75.00 per night per double/twin room subject to cottage availability. Evening Meals From £12.50 per head for 2 courses, Cream Teas £4.00 per head

SERVICES: Pets by Arrangement: £3.00 per day per pet (not Hazelnut or Honeysuckle) £17.00 per week

All linen & towels, electricity (and logs in Barleycorn & Woodsage) included

DEPOSITS: At the time of booking the following deposits will be required: £100.00 per full week, £50.00 short breaks

If booking within 28 days of the holiday the total holiday cost will be required.
